Schramberg / Schwabach, January 2026 – KERN-LIEBERS Textile GmbH has sold its subsidiary, Bayerische Nadelleistenfabrik Paul Leistner, in Schwabach with effect from January 12, 2026.

The business was sold to a company owned by Mr. Gerald Koinzer. As part of the transaction, the subsidiary Bayerische Nadelleistenfabrik Paul Leistner will leave the KERN-LIEBERS Textile GmbH organization and will operate under the name Paul Leistner GmbH in the future.

The Schwabach site has been part of the Textile Division of the KERN LIEBERS Group and has operated with great success and strong market impact for many years. This positive development forms a solid foundation for the company’s future path.

 

With the new owner – a well-known and highly successful family entrepreneur in the industry – and the employees of Paul Leistner GmbH and their diverse capabilities, an excellent basis has been created for the future success of the former subsidiary.
